Payment terms, accepted methods, and any disbursements will be set out in the engagement letter or fee agreement provided to you. We do not accept payment through this website.
Where a matter does not proceed following an initial consultation, no fee is charged for that consultation unless otherwise agreed.
7 Service Delivery Terms
Upon formal engagement, Adil Kasih will:

- Communicate progress and any material developments to you in a timely manner.
- Advise you if the scope or estimated costs change as the matter develops.
Timelines for legal matters depend on court schedules, third-party responses, and other factors beyond our control. Any timeline estimates given are approximate and not contractually binding unless expressly stated in writing.
We reserve the right to decline or withdraw from an engagement where doing so is required by law, professional rules, or where it is in the interests of justice or the client.
8 Confidentiality
Information shared with Adil Kasih in the context of a professional engagement is subject to legal professional privilege and will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties except where required by law, with your consent, or as permitted under the Legal Profession Act 1976 and Bar Council Rules.
Information submitted through the enquiry form on this website before a formal engagement is in place will be treated with reasonable confidentiality but does not automatically attract full legal professional privilege.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We encourage the resolution of disputes through informal discussion in the first instance. Where a dispute arises from a professional engagement, the Bar Council of Malaysia's complaint and resolution procedures may also be applicable.
14 General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Adil Kasih regarding use of this website.
- Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
